These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations and services provided by Northwest Environmental ("Northwest Environmental", "we"). By using the site or engaging us you agree to them.
Website content
Information on this site is general guidance on pest control and is no substitute for an inspection of the property concerned. We review pages regularly and show the date of the last update, but we cannot guarantee that every statement applies to your circumstances.
You may link to our pages. Reproduction of our text, images or code for commercial purposes requires our written consent.
Quotations
Quotations are free and non-binding on you. Each quotation states the scope of work, the anticipated number of visits and the price. It relies on the information you provide and what we observe on survey. If the extent or nature of the problem differs materially, we will inform you and agree any variation in writing before additional work is carried out.
Performance of the work
Visit times are agreed in advance. You undertake to provide safe access to the relevant areas, to follow any preparation and aftercare instructions, and to inform us of children, pets, allergies, livestock, food storage or other matters that affect how we should work. Products are applied in accordance with their approved labels and relevant industry stewardship guidance.
Outcomes and follow-up
Pest activity depends on the environment as well as the treatment. Where follow-up visits or a re-treatment period form part of the quotation, the terms are stated there. Where recommended proofing, repairs or housekeeping measures are not implemented, results may be limited; this will be noted in your report.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on the quotation or invoice. Commercial contracts are invoiced as agreed in the contract documents.
Cancellation
Visits may be cancelled or rearranged by phone or email. Consumers who contract with us away from business premises have statutory cancellation rights, which we confirm in writing when the contract is formed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any job is limited to the price paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
